The Facts:
Dirk Koetter was no longer wanted by Arizona State. But Jack Del Rio wants him. The Jaguars on Tuesday named Koetter as their new offensive coordinator. Koetter was fired in late November by Arizona State, but stayed to coach a bowl game loss to Hawaii and finished with a 7-6 record.
