The Facts:
NFL Network insider Adam Schefter is reporting that Hasselbeck has undergone an MRI on his left shoulder and that the veteran signal caller could have a torn labrum in his left (non-throwing) shoulder. If that's the case -- and surgery is needed to repair it, the recovery time could be up to six months.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
This story still isn't confirmed, but Hasselbeck was clearly bothered by more than the two fractured fingers on his left hand, injuries not revealed until Monday. ... If Schefter's report on the shoulder is accurate, Hasselbeck would obviously miss considerable off-season work but would likely be ready to take part in training camp. Schefter further stressed the fact that Hasselbeck's injury isn't to his throwing shoulder obvioulsy eases long-term concerns. ... Stay tuned. More as developments warrant.
