The Facts:
Vick will be back with the Falcons for the 2007 season with the intent of him being the starter, according to a spokeswoman for owner Arthur Blank. "There are no plans to trade him or cut him," Kim Shreckengost, executive VP of operations for Arthur M. Blank Group, said. "Michael is our quarterback and the leader or our team. ... Everyone has high expectations of him going into next season. ... Michael has those too."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
There has been speculation -- including a FOXSports.com report suggesting a trade to Oakland (that would bring Randy Moss, Jerry Porter and the No. 1 pick overall to Atlanta) -- of Vick's status with the team since Bobby Petrino was hired as head coach Jan. 8. Those rumors gained new life when Vick was placed under investigation -- and cleared by the State's Attorney's Office -- for trying to carry an illegal substance through a security checkpoint at Miami airport last week.
