The Facts:
Rivers has pulled out of next month's Pro Bowl with a sprained foot, and the team has not ruled out the possibility of surgery to repair the injury. "The doctors will have to look at it and find out what to do," GM A.J. Smith said. "That could be rest, it could be a boot, it could be minor surgery, it could be major surgery. I have no idea of his status."
