Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Tuesday's procedure has been planned for some time. ... Winslow started all 16 games for the Browns last season, often playing in pain and limited in his blocking ability because of the knee. He still managed to tie the team's single-season receptions record (89) in what was essentially his rookie year after missing all but two games in 2004 with a broken leg and all of 2005 with the knee injury.
