The Facts:
Randy Mueller is staying as the Dolphins' general manager. A candidate for the Titans' vacant GM job, Mueller is not among the three finalists that the club picked to interview a second time with owner Bud Adams.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Mueller has heightened power with the Dolphins after his stock was down under former HC Nick Saban, who complained that he did not get enough good information from the personnel department during the 2006 offseason. Saban complained even though he had final say over personnel matters. After Saban left, Mueller became a key figure in the team's search for a coach. Owner Wayne Huizenga also changed the structure of Miami's football operation, allowing the GM to make personnel decisions as long as new HC Cam Cameron agreed.
