A source close to the negotiations told the Tribune that Chicago's signing of Muhsin Muhammad to a deal that included a $12 million roster bonus created an industry ripple that almost immediately reached the Bucs. The source said Galloway's asking price shot up as soon as news of Muhammad's deal broke and that the Bucs are now facing the possibility of losing him and Jurevicius.
