Negotiations on a contract with Reinfeldt started Feb. 5, and the deal was completed Monday to bring him back to the franchise where he played eight of his nine NFL seasons as a safety. Reinfeldt will have his hands full with the Titans, who are coming off an 8-8 season. Tennessee has up to $36 million to spend when free agency starts March 2 to fill holes around Vince Young.
