Taylor has had his court case on three misdemeanor charges continued until March 22. Taylor was charged with fourth-degree assault and obstruction, both gross misdemeanors, as well as misdemeanor disorderly conduct, after an incident outside a downtown Minneapolis nightclub early on the morning of Jan. 1. Reported by the Minneapolis Star Tribune

Taylor led the Vikings with 57 receptions for 651 yards and three touchdowns in 2006. He is due to become an unrestricted free agent on March 2. The consensus among observers says the former Raven will be allowed to move on.
