The Facts:
Harrington could soon be in the Browns' plans again. In the weeks leading up to the 2006 draft, the Lions gave Harrington permission to seek a trade. Browns GM Phil Savage tried to jump in with an undisclosed draft-day offer, but it never got past the discussion stage because of the agreement between the Lions and Dolphins.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The Dolphins will release Harrington before free agency begins Friday if they cannot trade him before then, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. .. Harrington would be the veteran presence the Browns lacked in the locker room last season. He would compete with Charlie Frye and Derek Anderson, or at least push them as an experienced backup -- unless concerns about Cleveland's woeful offensive line scare him off.
