Curtis would provide a speedy third receiver to go with Mike Furrey and Roy Williams. Curtis also played three seasons in St. Louis under Mike Martz, now the Lions' offensive coordinator and Furrey has openly lobbied the team to acquire him. Jacksonville and San Diego also could make a pitch for Curtis.
