Ramsey was acquired last March from Washington to provide depth at QB with starter Chad Pennington coming off a second rotator cuff surgery, but threw only one pass during the regular season. Ramsey, who was due a $1.4 million roster bonus Saturday, was surpassed on the depth chart for a few weeks late in the season by rookie Kellen Clemens.
