Green played for offensive coordinator Mike Sherman when Sherman was the head coach at Green Bay. Gary Kubiak was Broncos offensive coordinator when Lelie was a first-round pick in 2002. Green, 30, has played nine years. He rushed for 1,059 yards and five touchdowns last season.
