At this point, the Texans have Carr and Sage Rosenfels, who finished last season on injured reserve after breaking a bone in his hand. They're expected to draft a quarterback in the second or third round. There is a rumor the team is working to move up to the No. 3 spot in the draft -- perhaps offering Carr and the 8th pick overall to Cleveland in order to secure the spot. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution suggest the Texans have an eye on Oklahoma RB Adrian Peterson.
