Owens can run routes while recovering from a second post-season operation on his injured right ring finger, but he's not expected to catch passes until training camp. "Doctors told me they can devise good protection for that," owner Jerry Jones said Monday. "But you don't want to do anything foolish. He will still be able to do all his other work, conditioning, running. He can run routes."
