Floyd, an exclusive rights free agent who caught three touchdown passes last season, signed a one-year contract to remain with the Chargers. "Malcom is a young guy who stepped in and made some plays for us last season," general manager A.J. Smith said. "He's got good size and speed. We believe he can continue to help us."
