Despite a $7.9 million salary-cap number -- and an obvious offensive overhaul -- the Dolphins have no intentions of parting ways with Chambers. Miami believes Chambers is capable of returning to his Pro Bowl form.

Maybe so, but he certainly didn't show much last season. As the Sports Xchange recently noted, even though the Dolphins had major instability at quarterback, dropped passes and a frequent inability to shake opposing defensive backs kept Chambers from proving his bona fides as a true lead receiver.
