The Facts:
Philip Rivers continues to make progress from a late-season foot injury and should be out of a walking boot by the end of this month. "He's making great progress with his foot," Norv Turner said Thursday. "He's upbeat about the whole deal. He's in every morning working out. The good thing is he's in here working out every day, so I get to stop in and see him and visit with him."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Rivers injured his right foot in the regular-season finale against Arizona on Dec. 31 and aggravated the injury two weeks later in the playoff loss to New England. He had to miss the Pro Bowl because of the injury. The Chargers begin their voluntary off-season workout program on March 19. While there is no official timetable, Rivers figures to become a full-time participant in mid-to-late April.
