According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, Jolley, an unrestricted free agent who played with the Bucs last year, is scheduled to arrive in Carolina on Tuesday night for a visit Wednesday with the Panthers.

The Panthers do need help at tight end, where restricted free agent Michael Gaines and Jeff King are their top players. Jolley is considered a decent receiver and, as Rock Hill Heralds staffer Darin Gantt notes, the former Raider and Jet adds value by being able to long snap in a pinch.
