The Facts:
The Dolphins aren't completely sold on adding Frerotte to the fold -- yet. Frerotte, who visited with the Dolphins for two days earlier this week, was expected to be A.J. Feeley's backup, particularly since he has worked with new offensive coordinator Scott Linehan in Minnesota for the past two seasons. However, Johnson will make his pitch to the Dolphins brass in a workout today.

Even more interesting, Johnson isn't necessarily interested in holding a clipboard or wearing a headset. "I'm in an attack mode. I want to play, and I want to be a starter," Johnson said after throwing for Bears coaches on Thursday. "I've played in this league, won a Super Bowl, and I still feel I have it in me, so hopefully some situation will happen. ..." Stay tuned.
