The Facts:
Leftwich's agent, Tom Condon, said Tuesday that the QB hasn't asked for a trade, and he expects the four-year NFL veteran to play for the Jaguars this fall. However, Condon said he doesn't know if Leftwich wants to play for the Jaguars or whether he will show up for the start of the team's off-season conditioning program Monday or continue to work out in South Florida. Asked if Leftwich, who has one year left on his current contract, would request an extension, Condon said he doesn't discuss contracts.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Asked if Leftwich wants to remain a Jaguar, Condon said, "You'd have to talk to him about." Of course, Leftwich has declined all interview requests since he underwent surgery on his ankle Nov. 21, and the Jaguars placed him on season-ending injured reserve Dec. 1. Some have said his relationship with Jack Del Rio and the team is on the rocks. Considering there had been no previous reports indicating his client wanted a trade, it sounds a bit like Condon might be trying to stir the pot.
