The Facts:
Asked about young WRs Jeff Webb and Chris Hannon Tuesday, Herm Edwards told reporters he might have found on his own practice field the answers to the Chiefs' receiving problems. "I know one thing," Edwards said. "We don't cover 'em very well in practice."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to Capital-Journal staffer Tully Corcoran, both Webb and Hannon fit the profile of bigger, rangier receivers suited for a more straightforward, play-action passing game as opposed to the shiftier types suited for the offense Kansas City ran under Dick Vermeil. And Edwards seems dead set on finding out what they are capable of this year. "We've got two young guys that I want to see if they can play or not," the coach said. ... Don't be surprised if Webb earns a starting role this summer.
