The Facts:
Marvin Lewis pointed Thursday to the start of the Bengals' offseason strength program, April 2, and the first on-field day, May 15, and said he expects to have many of his injured players cleared to practice. WR Antonio Chatman, who was placed on injured reserve Oct. 27 with a groin injury, already has been cleared. Fellow receiver Perry, the team's top kickoff return man who went on IR Oct. 20 with a hip injury, is expected to be cleared medically before May 15.
