According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, the New York Giants re-signed Watts, a restricted free-agent wide receiver.

A second-round draft choice by the Denver Broncos in 2004, Watts caught 31 passes for 385 yards and a touchdown as rookie. The Marshall product had two receptions in 2005 and was released by the Broncos last summer. The Giants originally signed him last December. Watts was inactive for the final game of the season.
