Unlike predecessor Nick Saban, Cam Cameron hasn't gotten to know Williams yet. Williams was suspended for the 2006 season and played in the Canadian Football League. "Philosophy. Focus on what you can control," Cameron said when asked his reasoning for not reaching out to Williams.

Cameron has carefully and consistently avoided questions about Williams' future with the Dolphins since signing on as HC, noting that the the player has yet to be reinstated by the NFL. That should happen in April. Hopefully, we'll learn more about Williams' standing with Cameron and the Dolphins then.
