The Facts:
Rattay, who played the past two seasons with Tampa Bay, has been contacted by the Falcons about their backup QB position. The Falcons also are in discussions with Anthony Wright, who was Cincinnati's No. 2 quarterback last season. The agents for both QBs confirm the contact; Wright is also said to be of interest to three other teams.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
With the trade of Matt Schaub, the Falcons don't have a QB on the roster who has played in an NFL game in the past three seasons. They signed Chris Redman last week, but he hasn't played since the 2003 season. D.J. Shockley and James Kilan have not played in any regular-season games. Rattay (18 career starts) and Wright (19 career starts) have the desired experience.
