Marshall appeared in court Tuesday after being arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment and domestic violence. Marshall appeared before a judge and was released on personal recognizance. "We are aware of the situation involving Brandon Marshall," the Broncos said in a statement. "The organization takes matters of this type very seriously, and we will continue to gather information before offering further comment."

Marshall was arrested Monday night in a Denver suburb after a woman told authorities she and Marshall, whom she identified as her boyfriend, had argued earlier in the day. The woman had no injuries. ... Remember, Marshall is widely expected to line up as the starter opposite Javon Walker.
