Agent Downplays Chris Henry's Latest Transgression
(3/27 5:56 PT)

The Facts:
Following up on a previous item. ... Henry's minor traffic violations have no impact on his probation status according to one of his agents. "It's nothing. It was a fine. He thought it was taken care of," Marvin Frazier said Tuesday afternoon. "To me, it seems like there is a witch hunt for Chris Henry. He's been doing everything that he's been asked to do." Reported by Bengals.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Well. That's not necessarily so. ... The Cincinnati Enquirer quoted the Kenton County chief prosecutor as saying Tuesday that a conviction on even minor traffic charges would be enough to revoke Henry's Kenton County probation and send him back to jail to serve the rest of his 90-day sentence. Meanwhile, the Bengals released a statement suggesting Henry's future with the club "can be determined only after this and other pending matters are resolved by the NFL."
