The Dolphins are still the most likely landing spot for Green -- and certainly the one he'd prefer. But Chiefs GM Carl Peterson and Miami GM Randy Mueller didn't have a chance to talk at the NFL's annual meetings, which concluded today. They will resume talks, Peterson said, when Mueller returns in a few days from a West Coast trip to scout college players. ... Peterson also reiterated his belief a deal might not get done until draft day.
