Off-Season Program Starts; Randy Moss A No Show
(3/30 11:24 PT)

The Facts:
With a majority of Raiders hitting the field at the team's Alameda complex for workouts supervised by new coach Lane Kiffin, Moss was a notable no-show Thursday. Presumably, Moss is working out on his own in Florida. Reported by the San Jose Mercury News

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Although Kiffin is going out of his way to make the mercurial wideout feel welcome, Moss has said in recent months that he wants to play for another team. The problem is twofold: He has two years left on his contract, and there isn't a strong market for a 30-year-old receiver who comes with a hefty salary and a well-earned reputation as a divisive force. Which might explain Kiffin's willingness to go on the record with his belief Moss will be a Raider in 2007.
