Although the team is still said to be working to retain Chris Brown, recent reports indicate LenDale White is struggling to keep his weight in check and it would appear Tennessee is in the market for another big back. As Caplan suggests, Dillon could be just the answer they need to build a solid ground game to take some pressure off young QB Vince Young. Caplan also reports that despite rumors to the contrary, Dillon isn't looking to have a starting job necessarily -- just a defined role.
