The Facts:
On Saturday, ESPN.com reported Williams triggered his reinstatement by requesting "that pertinent reports. ... Be forwarded to the league for review." As of Saturday, agent Leigh Steinberg did not believe the letter had been sent -- but it would imminently occur in the next few days if it hadn't. "It's ready," Steinberg said. "And if he hasn't sent it already, he'll be sending it soon."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The letter from Williams simply states: "I hereby request to be reinstated to full status as a player in the National Football League." Williams is not required to wait to send the letter until April 27, which marks the one-year anniversary of the date his suspension was upheld by the league.
