Pre-Trial Hearing Set For Dominique Byrd
(4/4 8:49 PT)

The Facts:
Byrd pled not guilty on March 28 to driving under the influence and unlicensed driver charges in Los Angeles. Byrd has a pre-trial hearing scheduled for April 26. Reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Byrd, who was already facing charges for assault and armed criminal action for his alleged role in a Dec. 4 nightclub scuffle in St. Louis, would be wise to pay close attention to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell's pending decisions on Pacman Jones and Chris Henry. It's safe to assume Byrd will be on Goodell's radar when the commissioner unveils the league's new conduct policy later this month.
