Tynes appears to be Kansas City's kicker of the near-term despite a breakdown in the playoff loss to the Colts and a rather lackluster regular-season effort. As the Sports Xchange recently suggested, Tynes has plenty of leg, but isn't reliable on middle-distance kicks. He went 4-for-6 form 30-39 yards and 7-for-10 from 40-49 last year.
