The Facts:
Culpepper said he won't fully participate in the team's first 2007 mini-camp next weekend as his 17-month rehabilitation from a major knee injury continues. Culpepper, who underwent a second surgery on his right knee in December, said he has started running but isn't ready to "push it 100 percent."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Culpepper, though, remains optimistic about regaining the form that made him one of the NFL's best QBs in 2004 even though his future with the Dolphins remains in question. "When I'm healthy it won't matter," Culpepper said after a recent workout. "Without a doubt, [I'm still the man]. ... Like I said, when I'm healthy, it's no issue." We'll see about that. As
previously noted, GM Randy Mueller said his week that the team is taking a "wait-and-see approach" toward Culpepper, who was limited to four starts last season.
