Supply, Demand Working In Trent Green's Favor
(4/7 10:47 PT)

The Facts:
The premium to make Green the Dolphins' 2007 health insurance policy on Daunte Culpepper's knee might have gone up over the past two days. On Friday, Carolina signed David Carr removing him as an option the Dolphins could bring up in negotiations with Kansas City. On Thursday, Browns GM Phil Savage confirmed his desire to bring Green in for a visit. Reported by the Miami Herald

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
It's not hard to figure this one out. With Carr no longer available, supply is down. The Browns' interest in Green increases demand. And of course, Culpepper's slow-to-rehab knee makes Miami's need greater. ... The main barrier between the Dolphins and Chiefs on a deal for Green is the draft pick Miami would have to give up. The Dolphins do not want to give up a high pick and might wait to see whether Green gets released. Now, however, circumstances might force another course of action. Stay tuned.
