Browns GM Phil Savage said it's unlikely that the Browns will trade for Green, but if they do, it could come down to draft day.

Green still seems most likely to land in Miami. All indications are Green and the Dolphins have reached agreement on a contract and the only holdup is the Chiefs steep demands. As Savage suggested, a deal isn't likely to be struck before draft day -- if then. Some believe the Dolphins are willing to wait until Green is released, a move they believe is inevitable if a trade can't be consummated.
