The Chiefs are counting on dramatic improvement from young receivers Jeff Webb, a sixth-round pick last year, and Chris Hannon, who wasn't drafted. Webb is bigger and more physical, and Hannon is faster but must get stronger. "They've got some talent," Herman Edwards said. "They have enough that they've earned the opportunity to try to play. ..." Webb seems like the most likely candidate to earn a starting spot, but he still needs to improve his route running and be more consistent in catching the ball.
