Reports earlier this week suggested that James
might be limited for the first voluntary mini-camp under Ken Whisenhunt, but the veteran RB showed up and as noted above, was able to take part in the festivities. ... For what it's worth, Republic staffer Kent Somers noted the Cardinals practiced at a high tempo, but there were a number of mistakes. That's to be expected because players just received their playbooks and had met for only 90 minutes before the first practice.
