Comcast SportsNet has learned and confirmed with the Eagles than an accounting error has resulted in the franchise overpaying Westbrook $3 million. Westbrook intends to pay back the money, but because he has yet to do so, the Eagles -- in order to avoid disciplinary action -- have reported the error to the league in the form of a grievance.
