The Facts:
A restricted free agent, Taylor signed a one-year, $3 million offer sheet Wednesday with the Browns. The Ravens have seven days to match and if they don't, Cleveland will surrender a sixth-round pick, the same round in which he was selected by Baltimore in 2002. "Hopefully they won't," Taylor's agent, Kenneth Sarnoff, said, referring to the possibility of Baltimore matching.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Taylor sees Cleveland as an opportunity to battle Lee Suggs for the starting job. Suggs has been impressive when healthy, injuries have limited him to just three starts and 17 games over two years. If Taylor does join the Browns, it could spell the end for running back William Green, the first pick in the 2002 draft who has been given permission to seek a trade and could be released.
