The Facts:
A day after reporting that Johnson wasn't on the trading block, NFL Network insider Adam Schefter is now reporting the Chiefs are indeed shopping their star tailback. According to Schefter, Kansas City has spoken with the Browns, Packers, Titans, Bills and possibly others.

A team official told Schefter the Chiefs haven't engaged in "specific" trade talks -- something they would probably be reluctant to admit even if they had. ... Meanwhile, Schefter went on to suggest a long-term deal will be an issue for any team interested in Johnson, who reportedly wants a contract worth more than the eight-year, $60 million package LaDainian Tomlinson recdeived two years ago. ... Stay tuned. There's no reason to believe anything is imminent, but the situation bears watching.
