The Facts:
Last week, Hasselbeck, who had his left shoulder surgically repaired nearly 13 weeks ago, went to Arizona for workouts with Brett Fischer, a personal trainer who has worked with many pro athletes. Hasselbeck is also seeing a soft-tissue specialist recommended to him by a Seahawks team doctor. "I'm at the point now where I'm trying to get stronger," Hasselbeck said. "Because I had surgery, I feel I have to work twice as hard to come back."

He said he will be able to take part in one-on-one and seven-on-seven team drills during the team's first mini-camp early next month and should be able to participate fully by training camp. The only question is when the team decides he is ready to take hits in exhibition games in August. "I've been doing so much work and treatment," Hasselbeck said. "I'm really happy I had the surgery. ..." Sounds like all is going well, but we'll continue to bring your more as developments warrant.
