The Facts:
On Monday, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said the team could take a quarterback in this weekend's draft, perhaps in the early rounds. On Wednesday, though, the Cowboys signed Berlin, who worked out for the team last month and is a favorite of new OC Jason Garrett, who worked with Berlin for two years in Miami. Berlin was cut twice by the Dolphins in training camp.
