The Facts:
The Broncos and the NFL Players Association have been informed by an arbitrator that the team's grievance against Lelie has been ruled upon, and Lelie must repay a prorated signing bonus in the $600,000 range. Lelie, however, does not have to repay $300,000-plus in fine money he amassed while holding out from Denver's training camp last year.

Lelie, who signed with San Francisco last month, previously won a grievance against Denver in November. Denver lost an appeal on that issue regarding a $220,000 roster bonus.
