Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to his
NFL.com scouting report, the 6-6, 263-pound Russell boasted the strongest arm in college football last season. He certainly fills a need in Oakland, where Andrew Walter is the most experienced QB on the roster and with the offense coming off a 2007 season in which it scored only 168 points. Downside? There is no contract in place and Al Davis isn't known for his largesse. So, the question becomes, how much time will Russell miss -- if any -- while a contract is negotiated?
