NFL.com scouting report, he's widely regarded as the premier receiver in college football with a rare blend of size (6-4, 237), strength and quickness (sub-4.4 speed). Many observers consider Johnson to be the best player available in this year's draft. The big question with this selection is whether he remains in Detroit? There have been reports the Lions are talking with the Bucs and Falcons, but NFL Network insider Adam Schefter say Johnson is staying put. And make no mistake about it, Mike Martz will know what to do with Johnson.
