According to his NFL.com scouting report, the 6-4, 305-pound Harrell has the kind of explosion off the snap that allows him to occupy multiple blockers -- something the Packers may have had in mind with second-year LB A.J. Hawk working behind him. Harrell could be that kind of hole plugger if he is recovered from a torn biceps that sidelined him most of last season.
