According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, Peterson, Vikings coaches and team doctors will meet this week to decide whether the rookie halfback needs further surgery on his collarbone. Reported by FootballDiehards.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The possibility a procedure might be necessary first came to light last week. If the Vikings decide surgery is necessary, is seems quite likely the procedure -- which would entail re-breaking the collarbone first injured last October and re-injured early this year and inserting a plate over the break -- would knock Peterson out of all off-season workouts. ...
