The Facts:
Even as the Dolphins are awaiting a decision from the NFL on Williams, they now have a player in Lorenzo Booker who can serve as a backup running back, a slot receiver and a return specialist. But does that mean Williams' days with the Dolphins are over? "We haven't made that decision at all," GM Randy Mueller said.

The Dolphins continue to take the same approach they have all along. Mueller explained: "As we've said all along, Ricky's not reinstated, and we're not in the mix on that. We felt good about Lorenzo Booker and nothing to do with any decision down the road. ..." It should be noted that Booker seems to be better suited to a change-of-pace role while Williams would be better able to take on a featured role should Ronnie Brown go down.
